Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Change Management Consultant for a 6+ month contracting role.

Top skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training sessions
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus

Location: Must be located on the east coast

Pay: $41-75/hour W2

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their change management needs and develop tailored strategies
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
• Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders in implementing change initiatives
• Develop and deliver effective change management workshops and training sessions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement
• Support the development and implementation of organizational change management frameworks and methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management
