Title: Change Management and Communications Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration – 6 + months (possible extension)

Payrate - $65 - $70/hr

Job Description:

Join our client’s dynamic team as an OCM Lead and help shape how our people embrace change across technology, process, and organizational initiatives. We're looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive change management plans that empower our teams to adopt and thrive in transformation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end change management planning, from impact assessments to stakeholder engagement
• Develop compelling communication and training materials to support change adoption
• Measure and report on progress, risks, and value realization at an executive level
• Act as a change champion, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of change or project management experience
• Proven success driving change in tech, process, or organizational programs
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and leadership skills
• Prosci, PMP, or Agile certification preferred
• Consulting background and payments industry experience a big plus
