Responsibilities
Change Enablement CoordinatorLocation: Onsite in Quantico, VA Overview:We are seeking a Change Enablement Coordinator who will support the US Marine Corps (USMC) enterprise-level hybrid cloud datacenter operations and enable USMC world-wide customers to execute critical missions/ As Change Enablement Coordinator you will be responsible for the following: Support change management process, procedure, execution, and documentation. You will coordinate change enablement activities such as Change Advisory Boards, Change Request (CRQ) development and creation, coordinate with other enterprise-level ITSM staff and complete leadership reporting. You will also maintain and report change-related response metrics and closely coordinate with other IT Service Management process leads particularly Event, Incident and Problem Management. You will:
* Be responsible for coordinating the planning, development, reporting and execution of the organization's change management processes under the guidance of organization Change Enablement leadership.
* Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components of the project
* Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.
* Provide input to, document, and enforce HCS Change Enablement (ChE) policies, processes, and procedures.
* Support the design, development, delivery, and management of a communications plan; Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
* Monitor and manage change request backlog.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings and decision boards.
* Coordinate efforts with other ITSM process and functional areas.
* Provide daily support and consultation for all HCS change practitioners.
* Track and report issues.
* Author and present status reports
Qualifications
Required Experience/Education: Required
* Requires 11 Years with HS, 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
* Must be US Citizen, and hold active/current DoD Secret clearance
* Requires ITIL training or certification
* IAT II certification
* Preferred Cloud change/ release management experience (AWS or Azure)
* Requires experience and proficiency with service management ticketing system (Remedy preferred)
* Senior level experience creating, managing, and coordinating enterprise changes in a large environment with datacenter operations
* Experience with change, release, onboarding requirements and facilitating hosted application onboarding to cloud environment
* Experience supporting enterprise data center operations and hosted application customers
* Power BI, Remedy Smart Reporting or Advanced Excel skills desired

Target Salary Range
$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
