POSITION SUMMARY: The CGO Analyst will be the first point of contact for stores regarding ITASCA, Perpetual Inventory maintenance, and accurate item orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: * Review, analyze, and evaluate information within the CGO system to optimize store inventory levels and replenishment. * Provide first line support and resolution to end users at stores on all aspects of ITASCA & Perpetual Inventory systems. * Identify, research, and resolve problems pertaining to ITASCA, business processes, and other integrated systems & data points. * Review and distribute all weekly exception reporting to the appropriate parties. * Provide store item performance data and recommendations to the category management team during category reviews, such as SKU rationalization and/or schematic improvements. * Monitor CGO trends for presentation to and collaboration with District Directors and department management. * Review new and discontinued item statuses, and ensure all data elements are properly managed by appropriate parties. * Other responsibilities as assigned related to ITASCA or peer department groups. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in merchandising * Strong knowledge of the Hispanic Foods industry; or an acceptable combination of education and retail experience; * Strong knowledge of the fundamental concepts and processes to support store operations, store-level inventory, and assortment management. * Ability to comfortably engage with in-store personnel, Category Managers, and corporate leadership. * Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite including advanced skill in MS Excel and space management programs. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to meet deadlines while adapting to regularly changing work priorities. * Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Ability to work independently and exhibit professional judgment among multiple cross functional team members.
