CTG is seeking to fill a CFS Project Manager opening for our client in Whitsett, NC. Location: Whitsett, NC Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension Duties: Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, process flows, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones while delivering high-quality results Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions Self-motivated and proactive Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience: 7+ years in a customer-facing project manager role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure Experience managing technical projects for enterprise clients in areas such as HCI, VDI, data migration, Cloud, etc. Experience with third-party collaboration and sub-contracted projects is a plus Experience with MS Teams and Dynamics 365 preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field PMP or equivalent project management certification required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
