Who you are * Hold a current ski instructor certification * Creative, innovative and able to manage groups of guests in an organized and safe manner * Must be a strong intermediate skier or higher ability to apply * Have the desired skills to connect and communicate with families and their children * Ability to foster good working relationships with other departments What you will do * Work in all types of weather conditions * Possess outstanding communication skills to deal with a variety of people from the public, other departments, homeowners, and guests of various ages * Possess the desire and ability to continue to develop in the mountain resorts industry both personally and professionally * Be available and sign in by scheduled time on a workday. You could be assigned by 8:00 - this means dressed and equipment ready to go * Cleaning assignments are shared by staff * Snow shoveling as necessary * Work for various resort departments as needed Application questions (please have this information ready) * Which disciple are you able to teach? * What PSIA/AASI or other industry certifications you hold?
