Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Certified Pool Monitor located in Randolph, MA. The Certified Pool Monitor will oversee pool areas to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations. This includes monitoring pool access, enforcing rules, inspecting pool facilities, and responding to emergencies. The role may also involve maintaining pool cleanliness and assisting with community events related to the pool area.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool monitoring and knowledge of safety regulations
• Certfied pool opertor certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce rules consistently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
