Department Nursing Facility Shift Rotating Type FT Responsibilities Under general supervision of the Charge Nurse, administers direct bedside nursing care to the resident/patients assigned, assuring their safety and comfort. Observes instructions of the nursing staff and performs in line with established routine, providing maximum resident/patient care services to assure the well-being of residents to the greatest degree. Qualifications or Skills Required High School graduate or equivalent. Completion of a training and competency evaluation program approved by the State of Texas Nursing Assistants. Current registry with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry. Ability to read and write, effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
