Are you ready to drive strategic growth at the forefront of financial innovation? A leading Fintech lending firm in Bangkok is seeking a dynamic and commercially sharp Director of Special Projects & Front Office Change and Fundraising, to join its leadership team.

This is a pivotal role, responsible for leading corporate strategy, operational excellence, and spearheading capital-raising initiatives to fuel their next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate and business planning across the organization, working directly with the CEO and leadership team.
• Executive Support: provide high level support to the CEO, including managing

schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing briefing materials.

• Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal / external

shareholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.

• Front Office Change / Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives and

special projects overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Manage investor communications and due diligence processes across equity and debt financing rounds.
• Oversee financial performance reporting, market positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and pursue growth opportunities, new product lines, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performing business management team.

Qualifications:

• 6–7 years of experience in banking (corporate finance, capital markets, or investment banking) or at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, corporate development, or strategic advisory roles.
• Strong financial acumen and comfort working with C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Thai language proficiency is a must).
