What You'll Do

CEO Advisory is a global initiative to accelerate our senior clients’ success through individualized advisory and peer communities for hundreds of CEOs and C-suite leaders a year.

As CEO Insights Manager, You’ll Work With CEO Advisory Sr. Director And Program Sr. Manager To Lead Analytics On Several Areas Across The Program

  • Internal analysis to support evidenced-based decision on investments, tracking client value and providing analytical input to support our CEO Advisory consulting team. You’ll add a quantitative perspective to discussions on new and existing CEO data, finding interdependencies across BCG and with relevant data sources.
  • You will apply an analytics mindset to our CEO Advisory programming with CEO dashboards, and reports to provide insights and direction to leadership on CEO trends, such as succession, profile shifts, etc.
  • A research component to the role, with the opportunity to coordinate and manage our suite of content, interface with other teams in need of CEO expertise, as well as opportunities to support research on CEO’s most pressing topics in concert with CEO Advisory leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a CEO Advisory data cube, to serve as a single source of truth for our data relating to program and client performance
  • Develop, design, and manage Tableau and Power BI dashboards that integrate data from diverse sources
  • Thought partner with internal stakeholders on various data-related challenges, by developing domain expertise in CEO topics
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous testing and quality checks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data sources with internal and external data providers Build a working knowledge of CEO topics to support data driven case team asks
  • Build relationships with our Expert Consulting Team, to lead change management for the required changes for data management best practice

Technical Competencies

  • 1SQL & Database Management – Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and optimizing data from multiple sources. Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  • Data Modeling & Data Warehousing – Knowledge of OLAP cubes, star/snowflake schema, ETL processes, and experience in building and maintaining a data warehouse.
  • Tableau & Data Visualization – Strong experience in creating dashboards, reports, and visual analytics using Tableau. Ability to build interactive dashboards and develop calculated fields.
  • Data Integration & Governance – Ability to integrate multiple data sources, ensure data integrity, and establish governance policies.
  • Microsoft Office—Strong knowledge of data manipulation to organize and analyse datasets, and working knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Python/R (Bonus Skill) – Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics, data automation, or statistical analysis is a plus.

  • Project Management – Experience managing analytics projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in an agile environment.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship – Leading our team as our data expert, coaching junior staff, and fostering a data-driven culture.

What You'll Bring

  • Undergraduate degree, in a related field, with high academic achievement required; advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of full time Tableau and Power BI dashboard development, data management, data modelling, and strong excel expertise
  • Deep interest and aptitude in research, data, and analysis
