Job Title: Center Manager

Location: Madinaguda, KPHB, Gachibowli & Mehdipatnam

Reports To: Operations Head / Regional Manager


Job Summary:

The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality patient service, staff management. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the center.
  • Monitor workflow and optimize resource utilization.
  • Oversee maintenance and calibration of diagnostic equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Management:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians, front desk staff, and support staff.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and comfort in the center.
  • Inventory & Financial Management:
  • Monitor stock levels of consumables and place timely orders.
  • Manage cash flow, billing, and petty cash handling at the center.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and daily reconciliation.
  • Quality & Compliance:
  • Maintain proper documentation and records.
  • Ensure compliance with NABL, ISO, and other accreditation standards.
  • Adhere to biomedical waste management and other statutory regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Hospital Administration (preferred).

 

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a diagnostic center, hospital, or healthcare setup.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and diagnostic center management software.
