Lorain County JVS provides career-technical training for both high school and adult populations of Lorain County. Established in 1971, the JVS offers nationally accredited career development programs in Northern Ohio. The JVS serves high school students from 13 school districts, offering a wide range of career-technical programs in various areas. The Adult Career Center serves approximately 3,000 adults from Lorain County and surrounding communities, offering career development programs and short-term courses.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lorain, OH for a CDL Program Developer and Training Manager. The role involves developing and managing training programs, coordinating with instructors, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring program compliance. The Program Developer and Training Manager will also be responsible for developing training materials, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and overseeing program implementation.
