Axcess Catering is a fast-growing catering company from Addison, Tx. We cater to ALL of DFW.

We are looking for Catering Events Captain to run our events onsite. You will represent our company in a professional manner to increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Effectively communicate with customers, managers, and associates to ensure that all room set-ups, equipment, and supplies, meet/exceed customer's expectations
• Assemble the banquet service before mealtime and disassemble it thereafter
• Ensure the event space remains well-stocked and tidy at all times
• Clearing customers tables during event
• Deliver to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Help keep company vehicles clean and organized and must follow all driver safety policies and traffic laws delivering in a company car.
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Help inform customers about new products and services
• This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Skills

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the guests and acknowledge their requests
• Proven working experience as a Catering Captain preferred
• Valid and up to date driver’s license
• Ability to drive utility vehicles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• 3 - 5 years experience in the food & beverage industry.
• 1 - 3 years supervisory experience.
• Food Handlers Certificate, TABC certified, Food Managers certified.
