Description
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
Begins and completes baking/food preparation
Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
Makes deliveries by vehicle or by foot as assigned
Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders
Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below)
Responsible for clean-up duties
Empties trash as required
Secondary Functions; Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, Line Cook
Highlighted Tasks Include
Maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
Checks bathrooms
Busses tables
Prepares food to spec and order request
Responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions
Prepare and organize food for delivery to guest
Requirements
Job Specifications and Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent or in process of completing same
Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers' license with insurance
State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable
Preferably a minimum of 3 months' work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferred
Possess strong guest service and communication skills
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
