Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field (Graduate degree preferred) 3 years of related experience (7 years without a degree) Experience with crisis intervention, case management, and immigrant populations preferred Key Responsibilities: Independently coordinate referrals, service planning and documentation of services for assigned caseload Manage a caseload, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and stakeholders Accept crisis calls and provide support to families in crisis Travel up to 75%, including overnight stays Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards Additional Information: Must pass a background check and drug screenings Flu vaccination or exemption required Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) We value diversity and encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement.
