Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their case
• Oversee case management through all stages of litigation, including intake, medical record review, investigation, and settlement
• Collaborate with medical professionals, investigators, and legal experts to ensure accurate case development
• Prepare and review demand packages and negotiate settlements
• Manage case expenses, liens, and disbursements to maximize client compensation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, legal standards, and case deadlines
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury firm
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and case management software
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with legal procedures
