Description
A Case Coordinator serves as the point of contact between the client and the engineer to ensure expectations are being met relative to case scheduling and handling. In essence, the Case Coordinator serves as a case facilitator who is responsible for handling all scheduling and rescheduling requirements and directs the work of others to ensure timely and accurate case processing. The Case Coordinator is also in charge of ensuring all tools, supplies and equipment are available for the Expert Team. The Case Coordinator is required to perform all necessary tasks, including closing communications, to make sure a case progresses through each process properly, efficiently and timely.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the point of contact between the client and expert to ensure expectations are being met relative to case scheduling and handling;
- Collect information from the client, enter data into our CLIO system, organize and/or condense information for Expert Team review;
- Case facilitator who is responsible for handling all scheduling and rescheduling requirements and directs the work of others to ensure timely and accurate case processing;
- Manages all tools, supplies and equipment to ensure availability for the Expert Team;
- Performs all necessary tasks, including closing communications, to make sure a case progresses through each process properly, efficiently and timely;
- Handle all scheduling matters as required by each department;
- Prioritize activities of professional staff;
- Ensure each case is progressing properly and the Case Analysts are familiar with each case, including any set-backs or concerns that may hinder deadlines;
- Performance of all job duties in the worksite on a daily basis based on nature of work and amount of collaboration required with others.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, or higher (college degree preferred)
- 1-3 years’ experience preferred
- Experience working in the legal field preferred, but not required
- Strong and professional communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Proficiency in Windows Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- The ability to work in person in the office daily based on the requirement of significant and frequent in-person collaboration
Physical Requirements
- The ability to sit at a desk up to 80% of the time
- The ability to stand and walk up to 20% of the time
- The ability to be confined in a small area, such as a cubicle
- The ability to operate phones and computers
- The ability to work in front of a computer for the majority of the day

The functions of this role are conducted in an office environment.
