Tasks & Responsibilities: Ideally have the following skills Carpentry Qualifications General repairs, home maintenance, renovations and insurance repairs Defect rectification High quality plastering (fixing & flushing) and ceiling/wall patching High quality interior & exterior painting Cabinet making / joinery skills Door & door hardware installation Minor tiling, paving, concrete & retaining wall repairs Timber repairs and replacement Fence repairs Gutter/Facia repairs General labouring Ability to quote Plus more! Qualifications & Experience: Extensive experience in a wide range of building maintenance and repairs as listed above Trade qualified (non-specific trade) White card Attention to detail Hard working, reliable & punctual Ability to work in a team environment Computer literate Full Australian driver's license Police Clearance Package includes: Salary, work vehicle (van) & fuel card Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
