The Carpenter is to facilitate the Superintendent and Project Manager for completion of tasks within our scope directed from the design team. Duties and responsibilities: Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames Help erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures Instruct helpers who will assist the carpenter in completing task Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications Posses the abilities to multitask Be willing to think outside the box and have a problem solving/solution skills Other responsibilities: Rough Carpentry Finish Carpentry Metal Stud Framing Drywall/ Minor Tape and Texture Painting
