You embody a polite and likeable approach while working IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE: Maintain records, documenting tasks, and presenting progress reports in our CRM. Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Loading and unloading of trucks safely Inventory of tools and equipment Being trained, instructed, and guided towards becoming a Carpenter by the Carpenter and/or Master Carpenter Verifying the stability structure (using plumb bob and level). Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge. Showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn excellent leadership and installation techniques. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must have a good attention to detail for exterior applications and arrive to work on time. No experience in deck building, siding remodeling, and/ or window & door installations. Possessing a valid driver’s license and your own tools. Own truck is preferred. High school degree or equivalent. Up-to-date resume. Passing all background checks.
