About the Role As an Entry Level Carpenter, you will receive comprehensive training in basic carpentry skills during our six week training academy in Charleston, South Carolina. This training includes the installation of baseboard, shoe moldings, and exterior doors. After successfully completing the program, you will transition to working as a Residential Trim Carpenter in your local market. Training Highlights Paid full time in house training specializing in Finish and Punch Carpentry Skill development in carpentry tools, door installation, bath hardware, shoe molding, and interior trim repair or replacement Lodging provided for trainees from out of town, except for those hired to our Charleston and Jedburg teams Most meals provided during the training period Your Growth Matters Your pay will grow as your skills develop.
