Overview We are seeking motivated and dedicated Carpenter Apprentices to join our skilled team. These positions is ideal for individuals eager to continue to learn the carpentry trade and gain hands-on experience in various construction tasks. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced carpenters to develop your skills in fabrication and installation of wooden and concrete structures. Duties Assist in the fabrication and installation of wooden structures and fixtures. Concrete form work for foundations and concrete structures. Wood framing construction, walls, subfloors, beams, trusses, hand framed roofs, sheathing, and backframing. Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Experience Previous experience in construction or maintenance person work is a plus but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with hand tools and basic carpentry techniques is advantageous. A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new skills within the carpentry field. Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining safety standards on job sites.
