Responsibilities

  • Support new employee hiring and onboarding in coordination with Human Resources
  • Coordinate onsite orientation at ASPiRE! program locations
  • Provide internal employee support for HR, IT, payroll, and timeclock system issues
  • Serve as administrator for peer mentoring during the onboarding period
  • Monitor and support training compliance through regular reporting
  • Guide employees to career development resources and tuition assistance programs
  • Travel between program locations to meet with staff and leadership
  • Support career planning and professional growth initiatives
  • Lead staff recognition and appreciation efforts
  • Administer staff satisfaction surveys and report findings


Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of related experience.
  • Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or D).


Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employee development and engagement principles
  • Proficiency in data collection and reporting, with demonstrated skillset using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
