We're Hiring! Career Services Specialist - NCR Delhi Imarticus Learning is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Career Services Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad!

If you're someone who thrives on helping others succeed, has a knack for communication, and is looking to kickstart or grow your career in the education and career services domain, we'd love to connect with you.

What you'll do:

1. Counsel students and guide them through their career journeys 2. Conduct workshops, mock interviews, and job readiness sessions 3. Coordinate with hiring partners to enable smooth placements 4. Be a key player in shaping student success stories

Eligibility:

Graduate (preferably MBA in HR)

1. 1-3 years of experience in placement operations / sales operations / pre-sales

2. Comfortable with student-facing roles including calling, counseling & managing escalations

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
