· Provide personalized career planning solutions for college students, high school students, and new professionals.

· Use MentorX's big data system to provide precise career solutions for clients.

· Accurately and timely track changes in the US job market.

· Meet quarterly and annual performance goals.

· Ensure customer and partner satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years of marketing or sales experience (B2B or B2C).

· Passionate about education and teaching, particularly in the field of career planning.

· Good communication skills to provide precise and satisfactory solutions for clients.

· Strong ability to learn quickly and conduct industry research.

· Enjoy networking and team collaboration.

· Able to handle pressure and focus on results.

· Priority given to bilingual candidates with undergraduate degrees from the top 80 universities in the US (major not limited).

· Must be able to communicate and write in Chinese.
