Stoneham Ford is seeking motivated individual looking to start their career in the automotive Fleet and Corporate sales industry!
The Fleet Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Fleet Sales team by assisting with vehicle presentations, completing administrative tasks, and performing general duties to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about learning. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry and develop skills in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with showcasing vehicles to customers
Address basic inquiries regarding vehicle features, specifications, and availability
Transport vehicles to and from various locations and ensure they are fueled and presentable
Assist in preparing and organizing sales paperwork and related documentation
Provide status updates to the Fleet Sales Representative on pending tasks and customer requests
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Fleet Sales Representative to support sales and operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or the automotive industry is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive work ethic
Ability to operate a variety of vehicle makes and models safely
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen
Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or related fields is a plus
