The Interior Job Captain plays an important role in the design and delivery of exceptional architectural projects. The Interior Job Captain oversees distinct portions of interior projects under periodic supervision of the project leadership. Responsibilities and Duties Actively collaborate at team level communicating effectively in a timely and clear way Follow firm standards and conduct reviews of own work Oversee portions of the project. Take initiative and show good judgement on when to ask for peer review or input by seniors Collaborate with the project team members on design solutions and documentation Manage time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with periodic input from project leaders. Qualifications Proven experience as a team member on suitable projects in terms of type and size Experience overseeing distinct portions of projects. Strong organization, communication skills.
