  • Deliver client pre-sales workshops and short consulting engagements
  • Produce high-quality collateral (slides, white papers, benchmarks)
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks

Must-have Experience

  • 7–10+ years in Capital Markets, either in a consulting firm or at multiple financial institutions
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on doer
  • Proven ability to define value propositions, lead RFPs, and create client-facing material
  • Experience working directly with C-level and senior business/IT stakeholders
  • Strong network within the Italian banking ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of one or more:
  • Front-office trading & risk systems (e.g., Murex, Calypso)
  • Post-trade and operations
  • Regulatory reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFID, Basel, DORA)
  • Market Data and Cloud architectures
  • Payments and digital assets
  • AI/ML in capital markets
  • Application management / managed services

Skills That Set You Apart

  • Strategic & Analytical: Can simplify complex topics and articulate actionable insights
  • Excellent communicator: Strong slide writing and narrative building (English & Spanish)
  • Client-facing presence: Effective in workshops, meetings, and executive discussions
  • Industry visibility: Speaker at events, published thought leader (nice to have)
  • Collaborative: Works well across global, multicultural teams
  • Execution-oriented: Thrives in fast-paced environments, strong ownership mindset
  • Adaptable: Willing to learn new topics and support broader FSI initiatives
