The Campus Operations Manager serves as a senior operational leader at the campus and reports directly to the Business Unit Managing Director. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the campus while creating and maintaining an environment that supports a high-quality, safe, and delightful educational experience. The Campus Operations Manager oversees facilities management, staff supervision, student services, and campus events, while integrating with group resources to ensure operational excellence. They are responsible for the overall campus experience both in and out of the classroom and are expected to participate in sales and brand-building activities, fee collection, and other initiatives as required by the group.
