The Role


The main purpose of the Campus Recruitment Coordinator is to support and work closely with the Campus Recruiters to provide efficient and flexible recruitment support.


Key Accountabilities



What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?

  • Provide assistance to campus recruiter to support end-to-end campus operations
  • Manage selection activities such as screening, vetting, interview scheduling, candidate management and applications tracking system and database
  • Responsible to organize and support campus events such career day, recruitment talk and brand engagement conference
  • Involve to support program management for onboarding, orientation, training, engagement event and performance review
  • Adherence to AMS and account governance and processes, ensure achievement of operation excellence and escalated where necessary
  • Work collaboratively to build, and maintain strong working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and key stakeholders, ensuring that they are updated on the relevant processes in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance to Team Lead / Operations Manager on ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective of the recruitment process


Skills & Experience


  • Minimum 2 years working experience in campus recruiting, recruiting, project/event management or operations support in a banking environment is preferred
  • Good knowledge of recruitment technology and application tracking systems
  • Excellent coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with high volume work in a fact-paced ambiguous environment to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Possess good problem-solving skills, strong compliance and client service mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Proven MS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective English business communication skills and ability to communicate confidently in Chinese (Required to support campus hiring in China)



You’ll work collaboratively, build, and maintain strong working relationships between Candidates, Recruiters, and key stakeholders, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes and will managing all candidate interview requests ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrable experience in projects and programme support
  • Ability to work within high volume.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Interview scheduling and solid recruitment coordination skills
  • Early Careers & Campus Recruitment coordination experience.
  • Chinese language ability


Nice to Haves:

  • Strong Administration skills
