Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership in daily campus operations, promoting a student-centered learning environment.
- Maintain safe, compliant, and ready labs and facilities to support program delivery.
- Lead campus goal-setting
- Uphold institutional policies and regulatory requirements across the campus, including readiness for audits and state board visits, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and integrity.
- Manage class schedules and faculty assignments to ensure effective instruction and student success.
- Oversee instructional staff performance through regular coaching and the completion of annual performance evaluations, ensuring accountability, growth, and alignment with campus goals and instructional standards.
- Maintain accurate student, campus, and facility records.
- Promote campus programs through community outreach, partnership development, and strategic engagement to support enrollment growth and strengthen regional impact.
- Model exemplary organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, responsiveness, and a standard of excellence throughout the campus.
- Leverage a background in healthcare to foster student success in the field of allied healthcare: Phlebotomy, Clinical Medical Assisting, EKG Technician, and more.

Requirements
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years of experience in Medical Assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field.
We Prefer You Also Bring
- At least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role
- Experience in office administration
- Experience in teaching or training
