Are you looking to be part of a data-driven Marketing team biased towards action? We’re looking for our next Campaigns Manager to join us in Woburn, MA!


As a Campaigns Manager, you’ll work closely with the Product Marketing, Content, and Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute a multi-touch strategy encompassing paid, email, events, and other channels to deliver highly qualified leads and impact pipeline. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Channel teams to optimize quality and conversion rates.


Our Woburn, MA office is in a highly attractive and accessible location within Greater Boston. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to work alongside members of our Boston-based Executive Team, giving you direct exposure to our competitive, collaborative, and results-driven culture.






What You’ll Do



✔️ Support pipeline creation for North America


  • Define, build, and execute multi-touch, multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on driving MQLs to sales
  • Plan, manage, and execute Blancco events and industry tradeshows as part of the overall demand strategy
  • Track the event budget for North America and measure ROI of spend
  • Continuously analyze, refine, and optimize tactics to maximize impact and results
  • Work with digital marketing team to define advertising strategy and automated email nurtures
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to create campaign assets
  • Support our Channel and Operations teams with co-marketing activities and partner enablement
  • Meet regularly with the North America Sales and Channel teams to build relationships and gather campaign feedback




What We’re Looking For



🔹 Experience & Skills:


  • At least 3 years of Demand Generation experience
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce or other MAP/CRM tools
  • Proven history of driving impactful multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Demand and Lead Generation best practices
  • Previously worked within the SaaS industry is a bonus
  • Experience with 6sense is a bonus

🔹 Education:


  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
