Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Noida. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and communicating client needs to internal teams. The role involves regularly meeting with clients, understanding their challenges and objectives, and providing insights and solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, the Client Relationship Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve client engagement.
