Insight Global is looking for an inbound call center representative to support an accounts receivable management company in Bonita Springs, FL. This person is required to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.

• Answering incoming calls from customers and clients and providing support
• Providing information on account reconciliation, collections and billing inquiries
• Assisting with resolving issues and providing detailed documentation and reporting
• Maintaining organized records and providing updates and effective communication to internal and external teams

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 years' experience of high inbound volume of calls

- Strong computer literacy

- Experience handling customer inquiries

- Excellent customer service

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Schedule: 3 days onsite & 2 days remote a week

Hiring Method: 5 month contract with potential for extension
