This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and is passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare needs.

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, office policies, and procedures
  • Route calls and messages to appropriate clinical and administrative staff
  • Verify insurance information and assist with patient registration as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a medical office or call center preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in the medical field preferred. Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Word Processing , Professionalism, Quality Focus, Team driven attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and reliable transportation.
