Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Checker to monitor and evaluate the quality of the travel sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the sales team's interactions with customers, ensuring compliance with company standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent quality checks. The role involves evaluating both the process and outcomes of travel-related sales to ensure they meet or exceed service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Sales Interactions: Monitor and evaluate phone calls, emails, and chat communications between the sales team and customers to ensure adherence to company guidelines, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
- Assess Sales Process: Verify that the sales process is being followed properly, ensuring that customer needs are being met, and that the correct travel services (flights, accommodation, tours, etc.) are being offered.
- Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to sales agents regarding their performance, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring best practices in customer interactions.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits on travel sales transactions to ensure compliance with internal standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Report Generation: Document and report findings from quality checks, highlighting trends, common errors, or gaps in the sales process.
- Training Support: Assist in identifying areas for additional training or process improvements for sales agents based on performance feedback.
- Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Monitor post-sale follow-ups and customer satisfaction levels to ensure service quality and to help resolve any potential issues or complaints.
- Maintain Documentation: Maintain records of quality checks, audit results, and feedback provided to ensure proper documentation for ongoing monitoring.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities to improve the travel sales process, ensuring it’s efficient, effective, and customer-focused.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all travel sales comply with applicable laws, travel industry standards, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a travel sales or customer service role, with a strong understanding of travel products (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to assess and evaluate sales interactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for providing clear feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, such as booking policies and travel guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role in a sales environment.
- Knowledge of the travel industry’s best practices, booking systems, and common sales techniques.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO certifications) is a plus.
- Experience with travel sales software like Amadeus, Sabre, or similar booking systems.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Work from Office.
- 6 day’s working. Weekdays off.
- Night shift only
