Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Coordinator located in Kochi. The Call Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, logging and tracking customer complaints, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. They will interact with customers to address queries, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain detailed records of all communications. Additionally, the Call Coordinator will collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure efficient problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
