Summary

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Support Agent to provide exceptional support for various business inquiries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from customers regarding services and programs.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance in a timely manner.
  • Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address complex inquiries.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and service level agreements.


Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with various services and programs is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
