This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity where you can showcase your communication skills and commit to providing exceptional customer experiences in a collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities: + Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses. + Provide information, schedule service appointments, and resolve customer issues courteously and professionally. + Maintain detailed records of customer communications and service requests in the system. + Collaborate with team members and other departments to address more complex inquiries or cases. + Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company standards of service excellence. Requirements Schedule Requirements: + Standard work hours with one late night per week (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM). + Availability to work Saturdays during peak call volume periods. Qualifications: + Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. + Background check and drug screening required prior to placement. + Must have reliable transportation. Location is not accessible via ride share or public transit.
