Job Purpose
We’re looking for a high-potential, high-energy Sales Leader who sees challenges as opportunities and thrives on building and leading differently. You’ll be responsible for owning sales strategy, elevating team performance, and implementing innovative ways to convert leads and build lasting customer relationships. You won’t just manage a sales team—you’ll design the engine that drives future growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inspire, mentor, and energize a dynamic team of inside sales professionals to exceed targets
- Reimagine and build out new lead conversion processes that prioritize speed, personalization, and smart tech
- Use data to drive smarter sales decisions and create accountability at every level
- Design and execute strategies to dominate in new and existing markets
- Champion technology adoption to streamline workflows and optimize team performance
- Work closely with marketing and operations to align messaging, deliver seamless service, and exceed expectations
- Own performance metrics and deliver results—always pushing to break records, not just meet them
- Develop and execute sales strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Negotiate contracts, resolve escalated customer issues, and manage customer complaints
- Implement processes to track sales KPIs and identify opportunities for growth
- Leverage technology to streamline sales processes and improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with the Operations team to meet service standards
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals within budget across all business lines
The successful candidate profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of sales experience, including 1-2 years minimum in a leadership role
- Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment and cold calling
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building the plane while flying it
- Obsessed with customer experience and motivated by impact
- Tech-savvy and data-driven—you believe automation and analytics are game-changers
- Natural coach and motivator with contagious energy and presence
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
- Familiarity with CRM tools
