Booking appointments with home owners who have needs for our products and services Creating customer interest, answer questions of clients Maintain a large daily call volume of inbound/outbound calls Identifies and qualifies opportunities for our highly trained team of outside sales representatives Ideal candidates must demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and achieve appointment-setting goals Place outbound calls and set sales appointments from generated leads provided Develop comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and policies Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude High energy, self-motivated, competitive individuals who can create interest in our products and services Strong customer service skills Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task Excellent telephone & oral communication skills: All qualified candidates must be mature-minded individuals with a talent for communicating professionally on the telephone Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast pace environment with flexibility to change Strong Computer Skills – Able to learn CRM system and utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel High-School Diploma required Ability to type 45 WPM Hour of shift 1pm - 8pm Rotating Weekends Must have appointment setting experience, home remodeling is plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Shift: Evening shift Ability to commute/relocate: Grand Prairie, TX 75050: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
