We are hiring for our client from consumer service industry.

Title: Customer Service Representative I

Location: Dallas, TX

Contract: 8 months

Max Pay: $20/Hr. (no benefits)

NOTE: Candidates will need to work all 5 days in the office for the first 2+ weeks to have them shadow others in the office before moving to a hybrid schedule.

SAP and B2B experience is highly preferred

Qualifications

• Position requires college degree or equivalent work experience preferred,
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Customer Service
• Proficient skills in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills,
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus.
