We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and efficient manner. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
Document customer interactions in the database
Provide accurate information about account statuses and transactions
Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies is a plus
