JOB DUTIES: - Outbound Calling - Hold scripted conversations with agents - Maintain records of agents contacted - Obtain updated information from agents - - Live Locally near Lansing Area (In-Office Job) - High School Diploma or equivalent - Must be able to read, write and speak English. - 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service preferred - Basic computer knowledge; MS Word and MS Excel, internet, Strong people skills - Independent decision making and customer service oriented. - Very flexible schedule and hours.
