This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative located in San Jose, CA. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, provide excellent customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The representative will also assist with scheduling appointments and follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
