Call Center Customer Service Professional - II - Data Entry

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 8 in-office days/month)

Shift: 8 hours/day, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (business hours)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle business finance operations tasks including wireless profile creation and updates.
  • Process transactions in systems like WFM, ACSS, ECPD, and OneSource.
  • Validate documents for compliance, troubleshoot requests, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for resolution and process clarification.
  • Maintain high quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a high-volume, data-driven environment preferred.
