Summary

DelonApps is seeking to hire Call Center Agents in Ipaja, Lagos, and Ibara, Abeokuta, for a leading financial company in Nigeria.


Interested candidates must possess good speaking skills with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND. Candidates must also be able to speak 1 indigenous language.


Salary is negotiable.

Location: Ipaja, Lagos State


Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.


Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND.
  • Possess good speaking skills.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Must also be able to speak at least one indigenous language.
  • Must reside in Ipaja Lagos, or Ibara Abeokuta.
