This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Dwarka. The Call Center Agent will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide customer support, resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. The agent will use computer systems to document and track service requests and communication history. Additionally, the agent will collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and provide a high level of service to customers.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support roles
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
Basic Computer Literacy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or relevant fields will be a plus
