Job Description

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with essential information and assistance. As a Call Center Agent, you will utilize your communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues and escalate complicated cases to appropriate departments as needed.
• Document all customer interactions in the database for future reference.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable using different software applications.
