Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document call details and actions taken in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
  • Assist in training new team members on call handling protocols and customer service standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and call center technology, including CRM software.
